Fabrication

A core speciality of Pegasus Manufacturing is expert tube and pipe bending and assembling of fabrications for use in virtually every industrial and defense market. We specialize in thin wall, 1D, complex bend geometry in round, square, rectangular, and oval shapes. Pegasus is well experienced in the full range of materials: titanium, inconnnel, stainless, aluminum, copper and other exotic materials. Our facility features a very large tooling inventory and complete in-house tool room.

Precision Machining

Milling & Turning

Another core speciality of Pegasus Manufacturing is close tolerance precision machining, milling, turning, and gearing for components and assemblies used in the Aerospace and Defense industry.  Machining of raw materials range from exotic super hi-temp alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous alloys to castings and forgings.  Manufacturing practices apply a combination of 3,4, and 5 axis highly capable machines, continual process improvements and skilled operators to meet growing industry challenges.

Gearing

Pegasus Manufacturing has been manufacturing spur gears and splines for over 30 years.  We have produced thousands of both stand alone units or parts for
machined component assemblies.
